What you get in a video from Santa

How long does it take to make?
A few minutes to fill in the details, then three to five minutes while Santa’s video renders. You can make one on Christmas Eve after the children are in bed and still have it ready for the morning.
How much can Santa be told about my child?
Their name, their age, where they live, up to five things they’re into, what they’ve achieved this year, and the present they’ve asked for. You also say who the video is from, so Santa can mention Mum and Dad or a grandparent by name.
Can I make videos for more than one child?
Yes, and most families do. Each child gets their own video with their own name, age and wish, rather than one message that lists everyone — which is the version children remember. Siblings can also share one if you would rather.
What happens to my child’s details?
They are used to make the video and nothing else. We never sell or share them, and we keep them stored with your video so you can come back to it later — deleting the video removes the details with it, whenever you want. There are no ads anywhere on the site and nothing is tracked back to your child.
