What’s in the video message
A video message from Santa is about a minute long, filmed in his sitting room at the North Pole, and addressed to one child by name. It is not a card, not a clip with a caption, and not a generic Santa waving. He talks to them.

How long is a video message from Santa?
Around forty to sixty seconds. That is deliberate — it is roughly how long a young child will watch anything that isn’t a present, and a short message holds up far better than a long one.
Can I see what one is like before paying?
